The finals will be played on the 25th of February 2007, between Goa United Football Academy, Calangute and Guirdolim Club on  Raia Ground, at 4.00 p.m.

The Winners will be promoted to the U-18 First Division for 2007-2008 season.

    At Varca, Both teams were leveled one a piece during regulation time, In the tie-breaker Guirdolim Club defeat Pax of Nagoa 4-3. Scores for Guirdolim were Agostin Dias, Joaquim Carvalho, Sunil Rao, and Denzil Gomes, while Royston Colaco, Samson Menezes and Domnic Roy scored for Pax of Nagoa.

    At Raia,  Goa Utd. Academy beat Salcete FC 3-1. Ifran Bepari -2, and Prannoy Godinho -1, scored for Goa Utd, while Oilex Oliveira  reduced the margin for Salcete FC.
