28.07.10 The Goa Football Association will be conducting a Refresher Seminar for all Referees’ on 8th August 2010. The seminar will include practical and theory sessions. The practical sessions will be held at GFA Duler stadium and the theory will be held at St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa. On the same day a refresher seminar will also be conducted for the Match Commissioner’s. It is compulsory for all active Referees’ and Match Commissioner’s to attend, and are requested to report at 6.45 am at the Duler Stadium with their refereeing kit.
